Description
With “Emirati Future”, amrita tells the story of the future of the Emirates the way she imagines it in 2071. A story that celebrates the tradition and heritage of the people of the Emirates and also a country looking forward to the future- always innovating and breaking new boundaries. From building on mars or even having a hyperloop into space. This is then brought to life through 3D Animation. She layers this animation on top of the artwork with augmented reality to bring the work to life through This work is of significance in amrita’s journey as an artist as it is her first ever 3D animation created in 2021. In Amrita's signature art style called SoundBYTEs, she first records the phrase ”Emirati Future and captures its fluid shape and structure. She then paints each of the lines of the sound wave to match the meaning of the phrase- merging, art, sound and technology- to create the Signature SoundBYTE.
